Ingredients

  • Seasoning

    Refined Sugar 4 teaspoon
    Shoyu (Jananese soy sauce) 1 1⁄2 teaspoon
    Oil as suitable
  • Egg (M size)

    3 eggs

How to Make

  • Step1

    Crack eggs into the bowl, use chopsticks to whisk roughly to prevent bubbles.

  • Step2

    Mix sugar, shoyu in whisked egg.

  • Step3

    Pour the oil into the kitchen paper and spread over the square pan evenly.

  • Step4

    Pour 1/3 whisked egg to the pan, then roll the egg from the far side towards yourself.

  • Step5

    Place the rolled egg at the end of the pan, then pour whisked egg to make the second layer and fry it over and over.

  • Step6

    Cut rolled egg to bite-size and serve.
